Climate Change

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), climate change is expected to cause approximately 250,000 additional deaths per year between 2030 and 2050, due to factors such as malnutrition, malaria, diarrhea, and heat stress. These impacts are expected to disproportionately affect low-income populations and communities that are already vulnerable to disease and other health risks.
