Our specialty is helping and equipping companies to solve complex and wicked problems. Wicked problems are those that seem so challenging, so unsolvable that people don’t believe there is a solution to them. These problems are seemingly so big they are often hard to define, and can be even harder to measure success. Healthcare, education, and housing are a few topics that have a lot of wicked problem-solving opportunities.
